We look forward to welcoming you on your visit but kindly ask that you observe our House Policy. 

The management reserve the right to refuse entry or service to guests that do not follow the guidelines of our House Policies.

Dress Code

Guest should be smartly dressed, shorts, flip flops, caps are not permitted in the restaurant and the management reserve the right to refuse entry to guest that are not appropriately dressed.

Reservation

Reservations are highly recommended, to avoid disappointment we would advise booking in advance. We welcome walk-in guests and will always try to accommodate where and when possible but we strongly recommend to make a reservation prior your arrival to secure a table. Reservation are accepted by phone, email and online. In reservation, names, number of guests, date, time, and phone number should be clearly stated.

We strongly recommend that the large parties (10 and above) reserve a table 24hrs advance by contacting team directly.

Seating Time

NOZOMI operates using a 2-hour turn around on tables booked for 4 people, 2hours 30 min from 4 to 7 guests and 3 hours from 8 and above.

Cancellation

Cancellation of booking can be done by phone call. If you wish to cancel or make any changes in the no. of guests of your reservation, kindly contact us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.  

Reservation Timing

We can only hold tables for up to 15 minutes after the reservation time. Guests are asked to contact the Restaurant directly to advise if they are running late.   

Parties that are late for their reservation time are given 15minutes before we call the phone number that we have to ascertain arrival status. Given the limited seating of the restaurant, 30 minutes late with no contact will void your reservation. Please understand, this is in respect to our other patrons. If you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your party.

Children

Children under 6 are welcome for reservations before 8pm. Our dress code does not apply for children.
